Bethel Football and Vocational Academy Begins Coach Recruitment Ahead of September Talent Identification Trials


Bethel Football and Vocational Academy (BFVA) Osara, Kogi State, Nigeria is pleased to announce the commencement of coach recruitment as part of preparations for our upcoming Football Talent Identification Trials scheduled for September 2026.

This marks another important milestone in our mission to discover, nurture, and develop the next generation of football talent while equipping young people with the skills and values needed to succeed both on and off the pitch.

Building a Strong Technical Team

To deliver a high-quality football development programme, BFVA is inviting qualified and passionate football coaches to join our growing technical team. We are seeking individuals who are committed to youth development, discipline, teamwork, and excellence.

We welcome applications from coaches with experience in:

  • Grassroots football development
  • Youth coaching
  • Goalkeeper training
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Talent identification

Whether you hold formal coaching qualifications or have a proven record of developing young players, we encourage you to apply.

September Talent Identification Trials

As part of our player recruitment programme, BFVA will host Football Talent Identification Trials in September 2026. The trials will provide young footballers with an opportunity to showcase their abilities before our coaching team.

The objective is to identify talented players with the potential to benefit from structured training, education, mentorship, and long-term player development.

Players who demonstrate commitment, discipline, and potential may be selected to join the academy’s football development programme.

The trial schedule, venue, registration process, and eligibility requirements will be announced soon through our official communication channels.

As an institution officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), approved by the Kogi State Ministry of Education to operate as a vocational training institution, and affiliated with the Kogi State Football Association and the Adavi Local Government Football Association, BFVA is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and youth development.
